Smartrock®
ROCKWOOL Smartrock® combines stone wool insulation with an integrated INTELLO PLUS® humidity-variable vapor retarder. Installed on the interior of concrete and masonry walls, it provides continuous thermal insulation and, when correctly sealed, air and vapor control.
The system is suitable for new construction and retrofits, including landmarked facades and lot-line walls where exterior insulation is not practical. Its smart membrane responds to changing humidity to support the assembly's drying potential.

Installation Notes+
Install directly against concrete or masonry according to the project assembly and installation instructions; no studs are needed to support the insulation itself.
Use TESCON VANA to seal board joints, fasteners and penetrations. Airtightness depends on completing and connecting the membrane layer correctly.
Confirm thickness availability, board counts and pallet coverage with 475. In-stock configurations are sold by the pallet with a one-pallet minimum; not all listed thicknesses are routinely stocked.
